A Client Authorization gives us permission to release the information to only those listed. Unless otherwise noted, all responses are returned via Email to the requestor. As pieces of information become available, it is distributed to our client. That allows you to continue with the process or stop if you feel you have received enough information to make an informed hiring decision.

Background Reporting Services

Background checks
Whether it is someone you’re hiring for your office, plant or home, our team of specialists determines the identity of your individual BEFORE we begin the searches. This provides us with any aliases, known residences and when and where the Social Security number was issued. YOU choose which pieces of information for which you need clarity. You build the background check with the components you are interested in.

  • Social Security Number Trace and Verification
    Determines the identity of the individual, alias names, addresses, where and when the card was issued.
  • Criminal History Record Search (County, Federal, Statewide and Multi-Jurisdictional are available)
    Reports felonies and/or misdemeanors form courts, state repositories or federal courts.   Federal searches will include any bankruptcies and federal offenses.
  • Civil History Records
    Liens, judgments and lawsuits.
  • Credit report
    Captures the payment history and debt, public record information (judgments, bankruptcies, liens) addresses, past and current employers, names and social security numbers associated with credit history.
  • MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)
    Reports driving records from the issued state including violations, suspensions, accidents.
  • Education, Professional License or Certification Verification
    Verifies the individuals degrees awarded, attendance dates, status of licenses, date issued and renewal information, disciplinary actions and standings.
  • Employment Verification
    Retrieval of personnel records confirming employment, dates, position, salary, job performance, reason left and eligibility of rehire.
  • Professional Reference
    In-depth interview of current or former supervisors regarding the candidate’s work status and performance.
  • Sex Offenders
    Confirms if individual is on the sex offenders registry.

Tenant Screening
