Why did they leave? Was it really downsizing or was it burn out or were they under utilized? Or worst of all, were they terminated because of theft or work place violence?
Are they qualified for this position? Armed with a list of questions you want us to ask, our approach will almost always get a different answer than you might. We will authenticate their education, certifications and licenses to insure their credentials are factual.
Do they have a criminal background? Do they owe child support? Do they have a valid driver’s license? Do they have a substance abuse problem? Could they even be a sex offender? These areas and others will give us the knowledge to assist you in making an informed hiring decision on the lifestyle of the individual.
